The below mentioned Conditions of Use are valid for all contracts, delivery and services. We disagree formally with different regulations by the customer. Additional agreements require a written confirmation by us. The online-shop reserves the right to change or expand the Conditions of Use including all possible extensions at any time. Orders that arrived before those changes will be processed according to the conditions that are still valid.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or delivered to anyone under the age of 18 years.
The most recent range of goods with prices are published in the online-shop (catalog). All prices in the online-shop are given in Euro (EUR) and include the Italian tax rate of 20% for EC customers. Our offers are without obligation. Small variations and technical modifications with respect to images or descriptions are possible. Only the current catalog is valid and making any previous version invalid.
3. Delivery and payments
The terms for order and payment of online-shop are described in details in the order form. There is no minimum order. In case an item is out-of-stock it can be substituted by a similar item unless the customers excludes this possibilitiy in the order. The online-shop reserve the right to ship also partial order in case this helps a faster processing of the order. For delivery the customer has to accept our delivery and payment conditions. Special shipping forms can be fulfilled on request by adding the appropriate price.
New customers have to pay cash in advance and we send as soon as the payment has arrived on our bank account.
Customers who made at least three orders can pay by invoice. Payment is due without reductions upon receipt of the order but not later than 30 days after the invoice date.
4. Delivery time
Ordered articles are send out within 3-5 working days. For the delivery time you must add the time of transport which varies depending on shiping type and destination, e.g. 5-14 days within Europe (we are not liable for delays of transport). Information about delivery times is without obligation.
If an article is not in stock at the time of the order, we make an effort to deliver as soon as possible. If we can not deliver or fulfill our service due to force majeure, strike, unpredictable hindrances or other reasons that do not fall into our responsibility, we have to prolong the delivery time. Breach of the delivery time due to other than the above mentioned reasons allows the customer to request a reasonable extension of time with the possibility to reject and only after this cancel the purchase of the product or service. Is the delivery not possible due to the manufacturer's or our supplier's fault, we or our customer can cancel the purchase as long as the agreed delivery date has been exceeded for at least 2 months. Any claim for indemnity due to delay or inability or non-fulfillment, even those that have been caused before the recession from the order, are excluded. Unless, the legal representative of the online-shop acted intentionally or grossly negligent.
We guarantee the right for return for unused and still sealed articles within 14 days after the invoice date. To respect the deadline for returning goods be sure to return the order goods before this limit (not later than 14 days after the invoice date). The return will be accepted only if it has been post-paid sufficiently. Special offers, damaged and opened goods are excluded from the right for return.
For return be sure to communicate by email in advance: the order number and date, name and full address of the customer on the order, and complete bank information (in Europe: IBAN and BIC/SWIFT codes)

The buyer must inspect the delivered good for defects in quantity, quality, and transport damage upon delivery without delay. If there is a transport damage you must ask for written confirmation at your local post office. We can give warranty only for officially confirmed transport damage. Any complaints are to be issued in writing within 10 days, otherwise the right for warranty is inapplicable. The warranty is 6 months from date of shipping. For any complaint the purchase date must be demonstrated by the relative invoice. The complained good has to be send back together with a copy of the invoice and sufficiently post-paid. Warranty expires if the customer has opened or damaged the good. The online-shop has the right of free rectification of defects during the warranty period. A complete or partial substitution of the good is admissible. If the fault is not repaired within a reasonable period of time the buyer can claim conversion or reduction of purchase price.
7. Retention of title
The online-shop reserve the title to the delivered good until all payments from buyer have been received.
8. Storage of data
The necessary data in order to fulfill the order are processed and archived in electronic form by the online-shop. By using the online-shop you consent it the to do so. We provide only the transport companies of your order with the necessary personal data like name and address. Especially, we do not sell or rent any personal data to others.
As a matter of course the online-shop is keeping all personal data in confidence. Our customers have the right to ask for information, to update and to delete their archived personal data on request and for free.
9. Place of performance, jurisdiction and applicable law
The online-shop is owned and run by Brameo Services di Mario Nenno (Milan, Italy). The place of performance and the place of jurisdiction for both parties shall be Milan (Italy). Exclusively the Italian Law shall be decisive.
10. Errors excepted
Prices are subject to change and errors excepted. The online-shop reserves the right to correct prices at confirmation of the order!
